Ordering Terms and Conditions
All payments are due at the time you place your order.
When ordering baskets, the baskets are individually
hand-crafted and priced accordingly. A 50% non-
refundable deposit is required on large orders. Deposits
are not returned:
(1) once the materials have been ordered and paid for
(2) once the customized work of the requested design(s)
has been initiated.
Completed orders will NOT be shipped until the remaining
balance is forwarded. We reserve the right to make
substitutions based on seasonal availability or weather
conditions that may affect delivery.
If your merchandise is damaged in any way upon arrival,
please call us IMMEDIATELY to resolve the situation. We
cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected orders, or
incorrect shipping information.
We are not responsible for damages caused by the
mishandling of your gift on the part of the carrier or the
recipient, including the ordering customer.

- We do not accept returns.
- There is a $55 non-negotiable returned check fee.
- Shipping costs will vary depending on the carrier and
